We’re back! Hitting 2020 in full force with immersive art experience. This month, we’re heading to visit ‘Flutter’—LA’s new immersive art exhibition featuring 6000+ square feet section off into rooms with art by 12 emerging contemporary artists which is meant to be touched.
Join us for an exclusive and private tour of each room by Flutter curator staff. Like ‘A Sphinx for my garden’ by Katie Stout which is based on the idea that "social media creates a labyrinth of tautological holes and mirrored facades that loop back to the same question: What is real? This temple honors the spirit of distortion and myth that social media perpetuates. How do we differentiate self-love from narcissism? Does it really matter?" Learn how each artist approaches each room, their idea behind the art and much more.
We will meet outside the entrance of Flutter. This month's special guest is artists, Olivia Sawai, and hosted by GMD Founder, Diane Lindquist. As always everyone attending will get GMD Button. At any point, please feel free to ask GMD Founder, Diane Lindquist, to take a picture. She is an expert Instagramer. Don’t forget to use our hashtag (#GURLMusuemDay).
