For April’s GMD Los Angeles Tour, we’re heading to visit Adrián Vilar Rojas exhibition at the MOCA Geffen.
Join us as we experience the immersive world Adrián Vilar Rojas has created within the walls of MOCA Geffen. We will meet in front of MOCA Geffen. Villar Rojas’s has built a singular practice by creating environments and objects that seem to be in search of their place in time. Villar Rojas’s interventions beckon viewers to consider fragments that exist in a slippery space between the future, the past, and an alternate reality in the present. With his post-human artworks, Villar Rojas posits the question: What happens after the end of art? This month’s special guest is Simone Jaimes, Founder of Baarnyard, an editorial platform that cultivates unapologetic women. First 5 to arrive will get a GMD Official Button!

We’ll meet in front of MOCA Geffen. Find GMD’s founder Diane Lindquist waiting to meet y'all. There you will briefly introduce yourself, describe what you are passionate about, and your current art obsession before we proceed inside the museum.
